Young Children’s Belonging in Finnish Educational Settings: an Intersectional Analysis

Abstract The study draws on a relational and intersectional approach to young children’s belonging in Finnish educational settings. Belonging is conceptualized as multilevel, dynamic, relationally constructed phenomenon. aim of the explore how shaped intersections between macro-, meso-, micro-levels education Finland. data consist policy documents ethnographic material generated programs for children aged birth 8 years.
